For start ups who are currently bootstrapping, or who have slightly smaller and more ‘restricted’ budgets…we can offer a pre-agreed flat fee upon successfully placing those first couple of hires. This relieves some of the financial burden, allowing us to concentrate on getting the right folks on board!
